Meet Jake, a 9-year-old Quarter Horse gelding standing at 14.3 hands and weighing approximately 1100 lbs. Jake came to us from a less-than-ideal situation where he was started under saddle, then left to sit in the pasture for years. Since arriving at our ranch, Jake has undergone a complete restart. He now has a solid foundation and is ready to go in any direction you choose—whether that be ranch work, trail riding, or arena performance.

Because of his history and current training level, Jake will do best with a more experienced rider who can continue his progress and give him the consistency he needs to succeed. He stands calmly for tacking and mounting and gets along great with both mares and geldings in the pasture. With the right rider, Jake has all the potential in the world to become a dependable partner.

A $300 deposit can be applied to hold Jake for up to 7 days. This deposit is nonrefundable but transferable to another horse in our barn.
