Lisa, the owner- 

Lisa has been a passionate force in the horse consignment business since 2001, bringing years of expertise and a deep love for horses to her work. Originally from Minnesota, she honed her skills in the PRCA as a barrel racer, where her competitive spirit and connection to horses flourished. Lisa is also an avid dog lover, sharing her life and ranch with both dogs and horses. As a dedicated boss and owner, she leads with a strong sense of responsibility and care, ensuring her ranch thrives. Beyond her professional role, Lisa is a proud and supportive aunt, balancing her love for family with her successful career in the equine world.

Ali-

Ali is our Barn Manager and helps keep A Ranch Horse running smoothly by making sure all of our horses are well fed and cared for each day. She has a deep love for animals and takes great pride in raising her chickens at home. Ali is wonderful with both animals and kids, and her kind, patient nature makes everyone around her feel welcome. She has a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference every day, and her dedication, compassion, and hardworking attitude make her an invaluable part of the A Ranch Horse family.

Jason-

Jason is one of our riders at A Ranch Horse and plays an important role in keeping our horses happy, healthy, and ready for their next homes. He works with the horses daily, helps address any minor issues they may have, and ensures they continue progressing in their training. When it's time for clients to meet a horse, Jason is often the one showing them and helping match riders with the right partner. Outside of the ranch, he is a loving and devoted father who enjoys giving back to the community by coaching football. His patience, dedication, and passion for both horses and people make him a valued member of our team.

Terry- 

Terry is our maintenance man at A Ranch Horse and is always hard at work keeping the ranch running smoothly. Whether it's fixing fences, repairing equipment, or tackling the next project, he's always ready to lend a hand. Outside of work, Terry is a devoted father to his son and daughter and enjoys playing football games in his free time. His favorite color is red, and his contagious laughter and great sense of humor make him a light in every room he walks into. We're grateful to have his hardworking spirit and positive attitude as part of the A Ranch Horse family.

Willow-

Willow is one of our riders at A Ranch Horse, and at just 6 years old, she already has a passion for horses that's hard to miss. Don't let her age fool you, this little cowgirl loves what she does and is always eager to ride, learn, and help around the ranch. Outside of riding, Willow enjoys creating art, swimming, and spending time with her family. She is a hardworking, kind-hearted little girl whose love for animals shines through in everything she does, whether she's with horses, dogs, or cats. Her sweet personality, determination, and big heart make her a special part of the A Ranch Horse family.

Wendy-

Wendy is a dynamic woman with a diverse background, having worked in numerous fields throughout her life. Living in Minnesota, she brings her vast experience and skills to Texas several times a year to lend a hand on the ranch. Raised around horses and deeply embedded in the rodeo community, Wendy has always had a strong connection to the ranching lifestyle. As a grandmother, she balances her busy life with moments of family joy, passing down her love for horses and the rodeo to the next generation. Wendy’s hardworking spirit and deep roots in ranching make her an invaluable part of both her family and the ranching community.

Camden-
Camden is a respectful, family-oriented, and hardworking 15-year-old who is active in Ag Mechanics and showing pigs. Guided by his love for God, he spends his free time roping with his family, running his own lawn care and wood-splitting business, fishing, and spending time with friends. Self-motivated and dependable, Camden hopes to become a game warden after graduating high school.

 

Sherry-

Sherry is a highly accomplished woman with numerous degrees to her name, reflecting her dedication to learning and personal growth. Originally from the East Coast, she made the bold decision to move to Texas in 1980, where she embraced a new life surrounded by wide-open spaces. Since then, she has built a successful life in the Lone Star State, including owning her own herd of horses. Her passion for both education and ranching has shaped her unique journey, blending intellect with a deep love for the land and animals. Sherry’s story is one of ambition, resilience, and the pursuit of a life she truly loves.
