Horse Sale Policies

A RANCH HORSE – SALE POLICIES

DEPOSIT & HOLD POLICY

A $300.00 deposit is required to hold any horse.

The deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.

At A Ranch Horse, a deposit only holds the horse for seven (7) days. During this hold period, the horse is subject to a boarding fee of $15.00 per day.

If full payment is not received before the seventh day, the horse will be returned to A Ranch Horse and all monies paid will be forfeited.

If payment is made in full on the same day of deposit, the buyer will receive the seven (7) days of boarding free of charge.

No exceptions will be made.

All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another horse within sixty (60) days of original payment, provided a valid receipt is presented. After 60 days, the deposit is forfeited.
