Ranger is a 16-year-old sorrel Quarter Horse gelding who is ready to be your best buddy. Once he gets to know you, he’ll happily meet you at the gate looking for attention and all the love you can give.

Standing at 14.3 hands and weighing about 1,100 pounds, Ranger is the perfect size for just about anyone. He is beginner-safe, quiet, and friendly for riders of all ages and skill levels. He’s more “whoa” than “go,” making him a safe and steady choice for total beginners. Ranger responds to both leg cues and will neck rein or direct rein with ease. He stands politely for saddling and mounting, loads and unloads without a fuss, enjoys a bath, and stands quietly for fly spray.

Ranger has been used on the ranch to check fences and has plenty of trail miles under his belt. He is a dependable gelding with a kind, gentle personality that makes him easy to love.
