Cookie is a 12-year-old gaited cross paint mare standing at approximatly 14.3 hh with a kind heart and a smooth way of going. After being turned out to pasture for several years, her previous owners made the decision to step away from horses altogether, and Cookie is now ready to find her next chapter.
This sweet girl is a pleasure to have around. She comes in willingly at every feeding, loads and unloads with ease, and settles into her work like an old friend. Under saddle, Cookie offers a comfortable, smooth ride with a natural forward motion, which is why she is best suited for an advanced beginner and up.
Cookie has logged countless miles on the trail and knows her job well. She is confident riding out alone or in a group, handles varied terrain without fuss, and remains calm and unspooky. Her smooth gait makes long rides enjoyable, and her gentle disposition makes her easy to love.
