Diablo is an 8-year-old registered Jockey Club Thoroughbred gelding with a presence that turns heads and a mind that makes him easy to enjoy.

Bred with proven performance on both sides of his pedigree, he carries serious class in his bloodlines. On the top side, he goes back to CONGAREE (1998), a multiple graded stakes winner known for toughness, durability, and versatility on the track. On the bottom side, he traces to CATARINA RANCH (2006), adding athleticism, balance, and the kind of modern Thoroughbred try that shows up in his ride and attitude.

That combination shows up clearly in Diablo’s mind and movement. He has already enjoyed a successful racing career, earning approximately $144,000, and has now transitioned into a new chapter where his best qualities really shine.

Since retiring, Diablo has been thoughtfully restarted and is the definition of easygoing. He is safe for a wide range of riders and carries a relaxed, “more woah than go” attitude.
