Tucker
Meet Tucker, a good ol’ 16 year old gelding that’s about as honest as they come. Standing right around 15.1 hands, this boy is the kind of horse folks are always lookin’ for but don’t come across very often. Tucker is one of the best beginner horses around, gentle enough for young children to climb on and enjoy.
Tucker rides easy and smooth and neck reins like a true broke ranch horse. Just lay the reins across his neck and he’ll go where you ask. Take him home, saddle him up, and head right out for a ride. He’s the kind you can trust to take care of his rider.
This gelding is quiet minded and not spooky at all. Whether you’re riding around the place or just enjoying some time with him, Tucker stays calm and level headed. He loves being around people and has that friendly personality everyone enjoys having in the barn.
Out in the pasture he’s easy to catch, and he’ll walk right up without any trouble. Tucker is also good with his feet and will pick them up without a fuss, making him easy to handle for everyday care.
Right now Tucker is a little on the thin side, nothing bad at all. When we got him he just had pasture weight, but he’s been wormed and is already starting to put weight back on. As he continues to fill out and look even better, his price will be going up.
