If you're searching for a sensible, dependable mare with the confidence to get out and enjoy the trails and country roads, Sable is one you'll want to meet. ❤️🐴
Sable is best suited for an advanced beginner rider and up. She has a quiet, sensible nature and is responsive enough for a rider who understands basic cues and is comfortable guiding their horse.
One of Sable's best qualities is her confidence outside the arena. She is comfortable riding down the road, exploring new surroundings, and riding alone or with other horses. She is not spooky and handles the sights and sounds around her with good common sense.
Sable direct reins very well and responds nicely to her rider. She does not neck rein, but she is straightforward and easy to guide with direct reins.
Sable is a 14-year-old bay mare standing approximately 14.3 hands. Around the barn, she tacks up nicely, loads well, is good for the farrier, and gets along with both mares and geldings.
